Start a new holiday tradition and reserve your table for Thanksgiving at Drifthouse by David Burke, "New Jersey's best new restaurant…" according to The Star Ledger. "We will be serving our very first Thanksgiving Dinner at Drifthouse this year," said internationally acclaimed star chef David Burke, adding that the restaurant will be open from noon to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving, Thursday Nov. 22. "And now that Nauti Bar by David Burke is open, you can take a nice, invigorating walk on the beach and stop in for a drink before or after dinner." Burke and his brother, who is also the executive chef for Drifthouse, are planning a prix fixe, three-course, traditional Roast Turkey Dinner menu for $52 adults and $26 for kids 12 and under. A limited a la carte menu will also be served from noon to 8 p.m. David Burke's latest venture in Sea Bright, Nauti Bar by David Burke, also open on Thanksgiving Day, will be serving a more casual bar-style menu and a special dish with turkey as its main ingredient as well. Nauti Bar, which is located right on the beach, is the perfect location to catch some exciting football games. Six big screen TVs will be tuned into your favorite college and NFL teams on Thanksgiving Day and throughout the weekend. Drifthouse and Nauti Bar also have some fun culinary treats planned to celebrate Black Friday – Nov. 23 - with an all Black Menu: black bean soup, black sea bass, caviar, squid ink pasta and blackout cake! The regular a la carte menu will also be available. And the Nauti Bar there will feature Black Angus burgers, black pizzas and few more surprises that day. David Burke, a New Jersey native and the former owner of Fromagerie, Rumson, is one of the leading pioneers in American cooking today.
