Sea Bright, New Jersey �" DRIFTHOUSE by David Burke is pleased to announce its first Wine Dinner of the season featuring premiere, award-winning wines from Ferrari Carano, Friday, May 31 from 7-10 p.m. Tickets are $75, excludes tax and gratuity. The world-class, six-course menu created by renowned Chef David Burke will showcase the nuances of the wines served. Leading the tasting is special guest Julie von Uffel, Ferrari Carano representative. Hosting the event for the evening is Drifthouse’s assistant general manager Rich Karyczak and his team. Ferrari-Carano, established in 1981, produces over 20 white, red and dessert wines in vineyards located in Mendocino Ridge/Anderson Valley, Napa Carneros, and in the Alexander, Russian Creek and Dry Creek, Valleys. In 2015, Ferrari-Carano’s 24 vineyards earned California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA) certification, becoming a Certified California Sustainable Vineyard for their numerous efforts to preserve the land for future generations while producing memorable, sustainable wines of outstanding quality. Ferrari-Carano has remained as a leading producer of world-class, nationally-acclaimed wines.
