Register early for what’s certain to be a sell out event. In the 18th century, apple orchards were the pride and joy of the Stockton family at Morven. To honor that legacy, workshop participants will draw and paint apples with branches and fall leaves. The contrasting textures will provide many opportunities for learning wet on wet watercolor as well as drybrush techniques, both basic to classical botanical art. Botanical artist Robin Jess will provide ample demonstrations and personal attention. All skill levels are invited. Materials fee payable to instructor $10.00 check. Participants should bring lunch. Ticket price includes same-day Museum admission.
